Details
The Project changed the existing Civic Precinct of parking lots and roads into series of pedestrian spaces within a park.
Work included the following:
* removal of existing parking lots and road works
* installation of a large multi- purpose hard surface
* renovation of existing Cenotopah
* construction of amphitheater with a grass berm
* soft landscaping
* construction of arbors and installation of furnishings
