Vye Road and Riverside Road Intersection Improvements
Details
The unconsolidated roadway base along the intersection of Vye Rd and Riverside Rd. required improvements to accomodate intersection widening. The outside half of the roadway was removed at predetermined locations down to a stable base and the structure replaced using an MSE wall system - Delta Lock and selected granural fills.
Enhancement of fishery habitats also formed a significant part of the projects that includes installation of large size concrete culverts, and ditch/channel realignment along Riverside Rd.
